Hi,
I am writing this mail after finding all the alternatives with out any solution to my problem.
I am citi bank credit card holder using from almost 2 years. As a routine pramotional offers citi bank offered some products under discount price with 0% emi option with colabration of a new company called "Deals for all".
So i ordered on Aqua Dual SIM Mobile Phone and the same was dispatched on Dec 26th after 2 months of ordered placed.
On Jan Dec 31st i called the c.c care of Deals for all and checked the status as still i am waiting for the product, surprisingly they told me its already delivered on Dec 27th to my address and the same was received by person called Narasiahaa...
Then i told them there was no one called narasiahaa, and requeste to provide the courier name and consignment number, the same was provided as follows;

Dispatch date: Dec 27th around 12:30 Pm

Then i immediately called Local Blue dart cc no 040-66161234 and spoken to Mr. Swaroop Executive Bluedart courier services, Hyd, then he said we will check the same and arrange a callback with in 1 hr.
As said i received call from local Balanagar Blue dart office by a person calld Ashoak and started asking all the details and again said we will call u sir by evening and requested the product details, value and company name.
Then he called me in the evening and said: " SORRY TO INFORME U SIR, THE SAME WAS DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS AND THE THIRD PARTY RECEIVED THE SAME AND OPEND THE PACKET. AND AFTER UR COMPLAINT WE IMMEDIATELY COLLECTED THE SAME WHICH WAS IN OPENDED CODITION, REQUEST YOU TO PROVIDE YOUR CONVINENT TIME TO DELIVERY THE SAME AND GIVEN HIS CONTACT NO :92902575338
Then i shoked and said no i dont want the same with open condition as if any problem with the product i cant go and demand the company, and requested to return the same to company. And on the same day i informed the same to Dealls for all by calling there cc care.
And after two day on Jan 2nd again i called the Bluedart cc care and again spoke to the same person Swaroop and requested the status, but again no information and said we will arrange the callback from my manager. As they sai i received another call from Mr. Manohar and said we will return the product to the conserned company as you are not accepting the same and he also told me the same was updated in there site for to find the status of any consignment.
Then finally i again called Deals4al and req the same under complaint no: 6873 by Shailaja.
Today i received a call from Deals4all and told me once they receivedd the same from Bludart they will redispatch the product.
