City Bank sent me a parcel to my residential address through BlueDart. But Blue Dart failed to delever one small parcel to my residential address which is just 2 kms away from their office. Even after repeated calls made they are not bothering about this. Whenever I make a call they used to say 'the person is already on the way and will be delevering today at any cost'. This is the reckless service offered by Blue Dart. But the strange thing is that they are not ashamed of telling me repeatedly the same story that ' the person is already on the way and will be delevering today at any cost'.
