Blue Flame (Indane)-Abnormally Delayed Delivery service, Pathetic Service, delivery on wrong address, Mannerless talking language

Dear Sir,

Being disturbed with the customer service provided by your INDANE distributor at Sanpada (M/s. Blue Flame Indane Service, Koper Khairane, Navi Mumbai), I am writing this mail to you expecting some kind of corrective actions against the pathetic service providers of the society.

My consumer no. is K15544.

1. I have booked a LPG cylinder on 14th June over phone for home delivery, but inspite of repeated reminders (may be more than 50-60 phone calls), I have never got satisfactory reply from your distributor nor I have received the cylinder till date and till this time. Every day they tell us that it would be delivered today, but the day is yet to come. They claim that cylinder gets delivered within two days after telephonic booking but in reality they will not deliver untill customer calls atleast 25 times on their landline numbers.

Most of the times they keep their landline number engaged (keeps the handset aside) so that they don't have to attend any call. I have personally witnessed this in BlueFlame Indane agency koperkhairane.

2. When I booked my LPG cylinder last time, they delivered it on wrong address & when enquired they gave me the answer that the cylinder has been delivered. I got this answer 3 times. And 4th time I visited the agency they again gave me the same answer. I told them every time that, "I never received the delivery & they might have delivered to wrong address". But they always replied in very unmannered way the same answer.

3. After so much delay when we go to pick up the cylinder on our own, they say that they ll deliver at the doorstep only. They don't give in hands. This is some kind clueless & mindless reason to give when you have already delayed for more than unexpected days.

Because of these pathetic customer services & "take it for granted" behavior of these kind of agencies is pulling us down & pushing our country into darkness.

I am ashamed that I am a customer of Indane LPG Gas (IOCL).

Its been more than 18 days, I am still waiting for my Indane LPG cylinder to get delivered.

Therefore, I request you to do the needful immediately, so that I can have better service in future in this context.
