Reduction of money in account balance

On 15/10, I checked my account balance on 15/10 HDFC savings A/C No. 00641050205514 and was found to have Rs. 10, 580/- on that day. But the transaction was declined. So, on yesterday, i.e. 16/10 when I went to withdraw the money, I found that there was reduction of about Rs. 7, 000/- without my knowledge. So I checked with the HDFC Customer Care and they explained that I will get the money back in 10-12 working days. I have to borrow money now from people in order to survive this month and Diwali festivalbecause that amount is a major part of my salary.

Would be really grateful it if you could help resolving this issue for me
