Improper services

I dr prashant had given contract to shift my house hold goods from secunderabad to Bangalore on 28th march to BLUE SKY movers and packers, D No 3, near Mallareddy gardens, besides Hanuman Temple, New Bowenpally, Secunderabad-11, Ph- 040-64522584, 9866098976, 9912545182.

as per the deal we paid them Rs7500/- which included charges for packing, loading, transport and unloading all the articles.they promised to deliver all the goods in good condition.how ever the packing was very poor and ALMERA (cupboard costing Rs 2500/-)was not at all packed.they assured us they will repack every thing properly including Almira which they didn't do.as a result we received all our goods in improper condition & Almira was totally damaged.they didn't send any persons to unload the goods at Bangalore as promised in the agreement.hence we had to spend Rs 1000/- for the same.all this caused us mental and physical strain apart from financial loss.

when we called Mr Satpal of Blue sky P & M for reasoning, his response was rude. he reluctantly agreed to pay for the damage.how ever now he is refusing and avoiding us. he has changed his mobile numbers also.

we have all the documents, receipts and agreement details of this contract.we also have enough evidence of Mr Satpal's false commitments and improper services.

kindly help us to regain our financial losses. Also prevent these type of improper services by Blue sky M & P
