No Follow up Service or Communication from Company for The Product under warrenty

Thank you for having such a Board where by Customers like us can post their grievances and get our problems solved.
I had purchased a Blue Star, Water Cooler on 15.05.2008 for my company, which stopped working a day or two before 25.03.2009. We registered a complain by phone and on 25.03.2009 some one from Blue Star come for inspection and found the Compressor dead. Since that date there has been no Communication from the company, in spite of our regular contact through mails & phone. We have received no Concrete reply as to when the product will be fixed. Its been more than a month that I have been sending regular mails to their Complaint department but barring a regret mail no other communication has been received.
I would request you to please look into the matter at the earliest possible
