Wrong deduction

Dear sir/madam,

my mobile no. is 9634557449. today I called local mobile no. for less than 1 minute that was chrged one rupee. while i got the recharge of rupees 69.00 on 30-3-09 and today only i wanted to know about this deduction & i called 54321 again i was charged rupees 8.00 while this is toll free no. as per my knowledge.
