Sir,
our society has been writting complaints to the BMC water bill since april 07 for mistake of meter reading by muncipal officer, and we have visited there office more then 20 times but not recieved proper response from there side, always there is inavailabilty of the staff.
how do i resolve this matter as the intrest is going on increasing
