Below the Dindoshi Flyover, before Dindoshi signal going towards Borivali, There is Manhole cover which is not properly covered led to side open, due to the same yesterday my two wheeler got stuck between the gap & I lost the control, pillion rider fell off from my bike & after that myself also fall down with my bike... lucky we escaped with minor injuries..but it could be fatal if any heavy vehicle would following us... by stander told us earlier also there was a same accident at this place because of the gap in manhole cover...

Please take necessary action & do the rectification measures to avoid any future accident...
