Abuse, Assault by bus drive

Sir,

I took the front door to climb the bus at K R Puram Railway Station as there was no space in the back door for which the driver abused for nearly 15 minutes. Stopped the bus, pushed me down, and assaulted in front of public. He did not allow me to board the bus. I had purchased the ticket also. The driver did not had badge and was drunk. He did not disclose his name upon asking several times. The conductor kept quiet seeing all the drama. There is no rule as such that a male passenger has to climb only in the backdoor. This is an insult and inconvenience to the public.

I also made complaint to the BMTC control room 1800 425 1663. I hereby request honorable authority to take necessary disciplinary action upon the driver and the conductor.
