SUDDEN CHANGE IN THE BUS ROUTES

Hi,

Myself Dr. Sumathi, staying in Sahakaranagara. Today i had to argue with the conductor about the change of the route (usual on Sundays).

I and many of the people who is staying in Sahakaranagara (Bangalore North) is facing usual problem in the BMTC transportation especially on Sundays and that too in the late evenings. the bus drivers get lazy to cross Sahakaranagar which actually they are supposed to do. Today I had to get down from 288E (314) bus in the middle and had to walk more than 10 times the usual distance. The bus number is KA 01 3454 and the bus route number is 288E (314).

This is not only from this bus, but all the buses of Sahakaranagar and especially on sundays.

Kindly do the needful as the citizens are facing lots of problems in all the ways from BMTC. It is sad that inspite of BMTC earning crores give such a POOR service to the citizens of Bangalore.
