Not giving stop in Pattallama stop

Hello sir,

All the bus No.378 which travel from Kengeri to Electronic city wont give stop in PATTALLAMA TEMPLE stop,

If they questioned they say road is not level so if wes top the bus again its very difficult to continue.

Kindly please take action.
