Extra ticket charges by BMTC

Hi,

I observed several times in BMTC buses, they are collecting extra money from the passengers and issue the ticket. Suppose, if the ticket charge is Rs.10, some conductors are asking for RS.11 or Rs.12 . As my last experience:- Usually, I am paying Rs.5 from ‘bansankari’ bus station to ‘devagoude petrol pump’. But, conductor collected Rs.7 from me at two different times. Since, they are issuing tickets, I don't know what benefit they are getting?? It is not allowable to cheat/misuse the passengers even for Re.50. And also, behaviors of conductors to the passengers are too irrelative. There is no helping mentality to the passengers.
