Misconduct and abuse by the conducto

Hi,

I had boarded the 314D service from Tippasandra (Ganesh Temple Stop) at around 9:05 am on March 5th. The bus conductor wrongly charged Rs. 8/- ticket instead of Rs. 6/- ticket (the ticket from ganesh temple stop to Malleshpalya being Rs. 6/-). I asked for him to change but he didn't change to the right denomination, instead was being abusive to me.

My ticket number is: MO 92 726654

Bus No: KA 01 FA 1602.

The conductor is very rude and I am sure he is overcharging many customers and is very very rude.
