Very Rude Behaviou

Hello Sir,

I was travelling from Banshankri to Mejistic at 2:30 PM on Sunday 5th September in bus no KA 01 F 4976. It was one of the worst journey I had ever travelled. Actually what happened is I got into bus at Banshankti to move towards Mejistic the fare is 16 Rs from there (Conductor told). I gave him 20 Rs. note and he told me that give change money I show him that I have only 4 Rs. in form of change then he talked very rudely with me I again talked him that sir I dont have change and again his reply is in very rude manner I told him that sir please dont talk like this way, then after he told that give me change otherwise leave the bus and he started pushing me out of the bus and I have to go to there via another bus. I am travelling in BMTC since so long time but this was my first horrible experience. I hope that you will do some needful in this matter.
