Sir,

Bus from banashankari to Domlur bridge bus no. 201, timing 7.50 am at BTM layout water tank. There was argument with bus conductor for change

i gave him 100 Rs. fare was Rs.11 in return he gave me Rs. 80/- asking for 1 re change to give another Rs.10/-. But unfortunately i didnt had a 1 re change. He argued for 1 re and refused to give 9 Rs. change or he wanted to tie up with other person so that i can take from them which was not possible.

Infact this is not a complaint, consider it as a suggestion to keep enough change with conductors to aviod such arguments. Because sometimes it is difficult to carry exact change and travel. And also conductors to behave and co-operate properly with the genuine customers.
