I had to travel from Koramangala to viveknagar. so I Caught a bus with board 201

I asked the Driver whether it goes to viveknagar. Bus was not Rush and he behaved so Rudely Saying you do not know to read the Board and started using abusive Langauge. Why do not the Driver Accept there Errors.

Many Bus Plies with Rong Sign Board

Some Bus without Sign Board

Some Places Do not have Bus Services

Some Places Lot of Buses plies without any Passenger

They Plies with there own Timings

Does the BMTC is not aware of this Problem??? But Still They do not Care

I think all the the employees has to be given training on how to behave with the Passenger. I do agree there are lot of passenger with different behavior entering the Bus. But it there duty to Calm down there stress and behave Normal. If there are not able to do so they have to quit the Job. Let other Person with such behavior may join and serve the Service. Bmtc is not doing the favour Tommor what happens if Metro Starts. Who cares to go in Bus. BMTC Drivers and Conductors Start Thinking
