Ash driving and rude behaviou

HI sir this is poornima i am working,

yesterday (27/4) at 7.10pm near old madras road there some road repair is going on so they started to giving stop in small road which is just behind the bus stop,

but the driver of KA-01 F-1058 he is not ready to stop the bus, together it was raining heavily and conductor is asking us to get in to the running bus that to the bus was almost empty

and they will not respect pass holders they will talk rudely and if they are buying tickets they will respect

they will drive so rashly in the ulsoor road near gurudwar temple the driver was overtaking the qualis and they are not stopping in the bus stop they asked us to get down in the signals only as they said they will not giv stops in the bus stop itseems

kindly tak care of this and we can avoid many accidents by this
