Voter ID card not recognised for giving 25% concession

Dear Sir,

My wife and I (Both Sr Ctzns) travelled by BMTC bus on 2nd mar by bus no KA 01 F 2044 from Kammanahalli to Shivajinagar, We boarde the bus at 5 pm at Kammanahalli and alighted at Shivaginagar at 5.30 pm. Eventhough we produced our voter ID cards the condutor refused to give the 25% concession. Further he was very rude

we complained to the Supervisor in the BMTC Enquiry office

I request you to educate all the Conductors about the valid documents for obtaining the 25% conession

you can give him a printed notice to carry and follow when he is on duty
