Rude behaviour of bus conducto

Whom ever it may concern,

I am from Bengal living for past 1 year in Bangalore. I travel everyday from Silk Board to Sangam circle to go office. Today (18/03) while traveling in Bus # KA 1 F3696, route # 401at 9 AM, i was shocked at the behavior of the conductor. He was speaking in Kannada (which I could not understand) and shouting at me without any reason. I never understood what was the matter as I had already paid the exact bus fair. Some of the Kannada people were laughing and I felt very humiliated. Please look into the matter if possible.
