Asked for more than original fare

I was traveling from ITI gate to Lido. I used to give 9Rs as fare. A lady conductor asked for 12Rs as fare. I argued with her telling that i am a regular traveler. But she was not convinced and asked to give 12Rs. I have given the amount and traveled. The bus number is KA01FA 1793. I think the bus was from KR Puram to Majestic. My ticket number is NG 19 501306. This complaint is not for getting my money back, to make these people more concerned about the customers (travelers)
