Volvo conductor speaking rudly

Sir,

I am really feeling by seeing volvo bus conductor does not know who to behave with passenger i request senior office to teach or conduct a classes for uneducated dirty conductor i feel like spiting on there face. Today around 9.40 am (29/01/09) bus no 335 i board bus at corpation i was about take my ticket he started speaking to me in ekvachana i felt like booting him, that conductor is bandaly.
