NOT STOPPING IN THE BUS STOP

SIR/MADAM,

On the 21/04, the bus no 401G bearing the number plate as KA 01 F 3580 did not stop at BEL Hospital 6:10 pm. This is not the first time this is happening. I had to wait for more than an half an hour for the bus to travel to Yelahanka. This is not fair and it is very inconvinient for the Public. If there is no Bus stop please take of the bus shelter so that people dont wait and waste their time. I kindly request the authorities to take severe action on the driver and the conductor for not stopping there and also waiting for the authorities to let me know what was the action taken against the same.
