Taking wrong fare

Dear sir/ madadm,

I was till now greatful for the service provided by the organisation.

But the rude behaviour of some of the personnel of your organisation has brought the dignity down as it happened to me when travelling by the BMTC bus.

Daily I travel to Saraswathinagar (Vijayanagar) from Manjunathanagar stop and the bus fare charges me Rs.7/-. but when I was travelling on 28th Oct around 4:20 P.M through the same route, the bus conductor gave me the ticket fare charged Rs.10/-. when I questioned him, he behaved very rudely and told that complaint anywhere, nothing is going to happen.

The Bus number 401P and the state register number is KA 01 FA 362.

This is going to happen to some one or the other everyday, but only some questions.

So I kindly request the concerned authority to take the action and so see to that this does not happen.

Also, I request to put the fare charge chart in the bus so that it may help the commutator the bus fares.
