Rash behavior driver/conductor 94D (KAO1/F3725/21.11.2009)

Hi,

i was travelling in bus no. KA01/F3725 (bus no 94D) on 21st November saturday between 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm which was plying from shivajinagar to yeshwanthpur.driver didnt stop the bus at Yeshwanthpur tollgate stop.when i asked the driver and conductor, the driver in particular started hurling abuses at me calling me "GANDU". I felt very insulted and hurt. Please take strict action against both the driver and conductor of the bus as their behavior towards customers is intolerable.

Also the driver drove the bus very rashly.in fact, he caused lot of inconvenience to other fellow two wheeler and four wheeler vehicles on the road.
