Volvo bus conductors very rude

Hello Sir,

i would like to bring to your notice the conduct of volvo bus conductors with passengers. Nowadays they talk very rude to passengers and harass them verbally for very petty issues (change of money, stopping at the right stop, even issuing ticket for required bust stop). Bus conductors suddenly will raise their voice and start shouting in between conversation.

As a law abiding citizen and also tax payer of India, i request that kindly provide stress management and anger management training to bus conductors. Also asking them not to be rude will help the cause. Ask them to not to fight for not existing issues.
