Change of bus route and schedule by drivers/conductors

Dear Sir/Madam

Its very surprising that how drivers and conductors can change the bus route and cancel the trip when ever they want. I was travelling in 242C route from thunganagar to majestic. Suddenly when we reached tollgate (vijayanagar) they made me to get down. telling they are getting late and bus will not goto to majestic. This happens almost everytime. Also they suddenly cancel some morning trips without notice.

when i board the same bus from majestic, they will skip the last two stops and they say they dont have passenger to that stop and they terminate the bus. I had this horrible problem when i was travelling with my parents who are 60 and they can not walk porperly and it was raining. If the bus doent go to starting and end points properly who is responsible for that?

I want to know whether drivers and conductors have rights to cancel or change the bus route? if no let me know what action should be taken?
