BMTC Bus conductor cheating

I travelled by a BMTC bus from K.R. Market to Kumaraswamy Layout by 15G bus on 13 FEB. The bus charge was Rs. 11. I gave Rs. 20 and politely told him I didn't have change. The bastard BMTC conductor didn't write the balance amount (Rs. 9) at the back of the ticket (Ticket number NF61 660063). While I got down at the last bus stop (Kumaraswamy Layout 15F Bus stop) at 02:25 PM, I asked the bastard BMTC conductor for the balance amount Rs. 9, he mentioned that he didn't have change of Rs. 9. So I asked him to wait for 1 minute to get the change of Re. 1 from a nearby shopwala. The bastard BMTC bus conductor said "Get the change I shall give you Rs. 10" and left the place immediately (I got the change of Re.1 and came back but the BMTC Bus went away within 1 minute).

To the Senior Officials of BMTC:

Please ask the bastard conductor to donate Rs. 9 to some poor children, otherwise you are also bloody bastards.
