Bus not stopping at BMTC Bus Stop

Hi,

I took a bus from ITPL to Bellandur Petrol Bunk with bus route 502. The Bus (KA-01 FA-1176) driver did not not stop at Bellandur Petrol Bunk even after requesting repeatedly and instead stopped at Sarjapur Junction. We have a BMTC BUS STOP at Bellandur Petrol Bunk.

I don't find any reason for not stopping the bus, where the passenger wants to get down.

Please take action against this.
