Driver and conductor is not ready to drive bus till last stop

Bus number is 335, going till HAL. I hired on this bus Yesterday (13 th oct) at 8.PM from ITPL. The bus is supposed to go till HAL as per the board in front and also the tickets given to people. But when it reached marathahalli Signal, the driver is not ready to drive any more and was shouting like street dogs to the passengers. He asked us to get out of the bus and walk till HAL or catch another bus. The reason he is telling for this is its already late and he is running short of time. But if so he could have told this when we got in to the bus. Please take action against the driver and conductor.
