Unnecessary delay n abuse

Dear sir,

This is Gaurav. Having boarded the BMTC volvo bus at 19:08:35, from Big Bazar ITPL, I expected it to be on time but after five minutes ride the bus stopped for about five minutes and the driver was unwilling to move on even on reguest. He started abusing at the same time. It was a horrible experience.
