Rude Bus Drivers

I am a lady passenger travelling by 335E (7:30 am). We bought a ticket to Brigade tech park and the conductor issued a ticket also without any objection. When we asked the driver to stop he used harsh words. If there is no stop at BTP then why did the conductor issue a ticket? This is not the way a bus driver behaves with the passengers. This driver of volvo should be taught decency and politeness in their behavior with the passengers when they are taken for job. Some respect towards passengers is expected out of these drivers otherwise they should not be hired if they are unable to show basic decency in their profession.

Hope some action is taken towards such harsh drivers so that the passengers are not target to harsh words of the drivers.
