Poor after sales services and no response of any complaint

My name is Sunil Nagar. I purchased BMW Sedan 5 from their so called authorized dealer Bird Automative in New Delhi. (I suspect now whether they are authorized to deal or not) I faced some problems in the seats of the car. I found they were not as comfortable as they should be and were annoying too. I complained about it to the Bird Automotive people. They assured me that complaints would very soon be addressed. But even after numerous number of calls to them they did nothing. I e-mailed them too about my problems. But result was again nil. Now I don't have any other option left then to complaint in the consumer forum.
