Regarding to my Lottery winnings

Dear Sir,

I have got a mail from (bmwclaim2010@live.co.uk) for the winnings of 650, 000 GBP. & they asked my Personal Residency address & says me my winnings prize is paid me by their Bank Woolwich international bank. After that I got mail from (info@wolwich.com) & they give my online account No : 105 606750 & also Login ID & pass word. But when I transfer my fund to my local account It is asked me to deposite the COT (cost of transfer charge) of 600 GBP.Now, I am confused if I deposite this COT charge, then what is surity of transfer my funds. Pls... inform & guide me about this
