BNSL landline Connection
Not working since one yea

Dear Sir/ Madam

I am writing here on the behalf of my father Sri Kala Nand Roy. Our landline has been out of order since last one year. We have complained about this at nearest Exchange many times. But no one came for correct this. Iwe have complained online in March still we are in problems. But we have been paying bill since last one year. My father is senior citizen, so he cannot go at exhange ferequently. Sir/Madam I would like konw whether this online system really works. We lost our hope. On phone we have been trying to convey prboblem at district exchange, but it keep on ringing one one attend.

if it is possible, do the needful. We will be highly obliged for the same.
