Passport not yet received

23rd sept.

Respected Sir,

I had applied for my passport in the month of May under file ref. no P020642. It's been more than 3 months and I have not received my passort. If we check the status it shows "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of the passport has been delayed and now will be despatched within a week's time". The same status is updated since last 5 weeks. We also enquired at the Pune Passport Office, but we were told to wait for another 10 days which is also gone.

Please can someone look into this matter and do the needful or else advise me what should be done next in order to get my passport as early as possible.
