Request for return my amount which is left inside the ATM Machine

Dear Sir,

I am Sujata Padwal, following letter send by me to the bank authorieties to the concern get my money back

To Whom It May Concern;

I Sujata T Padwal having saving account number 0412 0100 0145 11 with your Sakinaka branch. My BOB card number 4029 8502 0836 1151 & My Complaint No. 1910898269..

On 08/07 I went Sakinaka BOB ATM to withdraw Rs.8, 500/- from my account but unfortunately cash took back by the ATM.

Immediately I inform to Mr. S.C.Gupta & Mr Sahu at Sakinaka Branch on 08/07. After that as of now more than 100 times I visited Sakinaka Branch & phone-calls to Mr Niranjan, Ms. Trupti, Mr Sainath etc at BOB Cards Ltd Mumbai office.

As on today 27.01.09 after 6 month I do not receive any solution for the same. Nobody is ready to reply proper date or time to reverse my HARD-EARN money in my account.

Kindly SERIOUSLY & URGENTLY look into matter.

This is my last REQUEST as well as NOTICE to BOB Cards Ltd or do not have any other option than to go to RBI, Consumer Court & media for this delay & poor service.

This letter send by me through email to Bank of Baroda Head of the branch officer but till now i don't receive any reply from the bank of baroda. i was sending legal notice to bank of baroda through my advocate but again no responce from bank of baroda. so now i am ready to take action against bank of baroda in a consumer court to get my money back with compensation to irritated me lot. bank of baroda banking system is really poor and custmer really get hardly satisfactory responce from bank so after this case i am going to close my a/c from this bank also in future i really don't want to making any transaction in this bank,

please help me about this matter, give me advice about this case
