since the car has been purchased a yr.i haven received the service book yet, inspite of my request for more then 3times.now i have let my jeep for free services.now they ask me back for the service book which i have not received from them side, which is their mistake.but i have done 2 free services without the services book.but i had a major problem with GEARBOX & DOOR'S SYSTEM, i requested them to sort this issue for which they have rejected to do so, stating that they need the service book.i have let the jeep 3rd free service for last week.but still now they have not taken any step's to rectify the above said required.today i went to your dealer to check what the status is, the reply from your dealer is not satisfactory & gave blame excuses for not covering under free services.so i request you to indulge in this matter & give me a good response.i have not only owning 1 BOLERO but the following vehices of mahindra company like bolero 2, jeep 3 ect.this kind of services from your dealer relly make me upset & not buy mahindra vehicals in feature.
