BOND PRODUCT (REFRIGERATOR)
STILL NOT GET MY PRODUCT

You (videocon) offered me “samay se pahle haq se jyada” scheme and I joined the same & I submitted all the necessary documents (bond, DD etc.) at rajkot (Gujarat) office before one and half month earlier.

I spoke to Ahmedabad Office and from there me about to know that the internal communication problem (Rajkot – Ahmedabad Office) my bond request was sent too late from rajkot to ahmedabad and ahmedabad to aurangabad main office.

Because of your zone office internal miscommunication, I did not get my product yet. That was not my fault.

I want my product next week, if you can pass my request to Ahmedabad – Rajkot (Gujarat) as soon as possible. Otherwise please refund my money which I gave you by DD (Rs. -), I don’t want your scheme “samay se pahle haq se jyada”
