Eduction of credit card amount without issue of e ticket

This is to inform you that i was trying to book E ticket in irtc through internet services on 4.10.09. for the date of journey on 06.10.09. in tatkal reservation quota in train no 2841 Coromondal exp for which an amount of Rs 3395 has been deducted from my credit card without any reservation of ticket.

Since the date of journey is tomorrow and till now no ticket have been issued against the reduction of my credit amount i request you to kindly cancel the transaction and return my credit card amount.
