Sir,

I regret to point of that after four months of booking I could receive your part delivery of items against your Invoice No ORA090037701 dated 29/4.

I book 12 CD Pack ”Music for Rejuvenation for all Sun Signs” at total price of Rs 1999 plus Rs 500 handling charges on 11th January under ID NO 7700011270. This booking was wrongly made with Mr. AMIT SHARMA. With a lot of persuasion with you executive I could get another ID OGA 90034507 against which I could get the items on 2nd may. Wherein Benton Watch-UCB was missing. Immediately I have lodged the complaint with your executive for which he has promise me to deliver the same within next 10 days.

You will appreciate that after 4 months of continuous persuasion you have not been able to complete your order.

It is therefore once against requested to be attentive to your customers to have good relation and also requested to deliver the remaining order at the earliest.
