Non-receipt of gifts

I have subscribed to the books buddy offer in the month of may 08, but to my utter dismay, the gifts as promised ie, a holiday for two in a 4- star hotel and the free adidas bag. I had registered a complaint vide my letter dated 27 June to mr. nitin sawhney, but no reply.

I do not understand what is the motto of such offers, is it to lure customers or to genuinely reward them with something special? I am defence officer in the indian air force and it is really frustrating to think of something which is of disadvantage to the common public.

My unique number is 121720211 B080056545, order no. is 0GB080047604 dated 21 may 08 invoice no is ORB 080056545 dated 26 May 08.

I have paid the required amount for the CDs to the postman of Rs. 699 and received the booksbuddypack. Thereafter, there has been no response.

I would like to get a response on how to claim the free gifts at the following address:
