Non receipt of magazine since Dec

Dear Ms Nita Anand Toraskar

Please refer your receipt no. 21 dt 6.10.07 towards subscribing Best Buddy children's magazine for the period of 1yr starting from oct -07, in the name of Suruchi Sastry. Since Dec '07, I havent received your magazine.

I tried calling your no. 022-28698330 so many times since last 2 months but nobody was picking the phone. You are requested to refund the subscription amount without any delay.
