They are cheaters, I have logged a complaint IGJ-467991 (1 month back) which could not be resolved till

date, they are doing just time pass. They don't understand the customers problem. Their

Escalation Process is nothing but a drama. My website is down for more than 1 month.

There all departments are just passing the balls to other departments.

I WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO SELECT SUCH HOSTING COMPANY.
