Received without orde

Order reference number 440010114 date09/10. Actually I have got the telephone from your offfice on 05/10 and informed about lucky customer and will get free travelling for me and my tow family members for 2day and three nights, for that to pay only Rs. 3198/- and accordingly processed though credit card online. But today I have got the delivery of some English books and CDs by speed post which I have not ordered for. In fact on telephone offer it was informed that your order for free travelling and not for any products. The official executive will visit to my residence and deliver me the undated air tickets nbut till date I have not received any thing but got this unwanted books for me. Your are requested to return my money immediately. This is rubbish things and make us fool. further on 23/08, my creditcard account has been credited with Rs.3199/- for Rebock kit but ti;ll date nothing has been delivered, I have send various emials but no reply. Kindly confirm.
