Holiday voucher not recived

Dera Mr. Nawed,

They have denyed to resolve the issue they are saying that we can issue holiday gift voucher once you will provide the Voucher No.

Voucher No you can only provide no Big City Club.

at the time of selling prduct you havent informed us these kind of system.

Mr. Sagar Told me that they will give Member ID that is sufficient for booking.

It means you are neglting the coustomer after selling the product, ..

why you can not the resolve the issue?. is this issue not able to resolve.

if you not resolve the issue then what about your holiday voucher which you have offer with this product. Who will bear this looss???

Please take this matter searously do not ignore.
