Misplace of important notebooks

The notebooks were sent on 17/09/08.we have been requesting since fifteen days but yet no action have been taken.the notes are very important and its next to impossible for a student to make a new notes of last year.we are sending our courier since so many years &have faith that our courier will be in right hand.so please take as soon as possible, so that our faith on you be as it is.my receipt no.is 115641514, consignor is v.k.pachisia&consignee was to be gopal das mohata who has not yet recevied this parcel? ihope you will take action as you receive this complain, as this is the matter of your reputation. thanks
