Very serioyus i will not forgive

Dear Sir,

I am subscriber of irctc since last 5 years. Three week before i had receive a mail by ur side that i was shortlisted for sweepstake prize. Beacuse of lots of mail now a days are coming offering such things but i didnt reply anyone bcz many of them are fake. The irctc is goverment of India undertaking and its a railways rennounced service so that i had reply this mail and i got parcel from book today, which i paid Rs 2249/ for some cds pack. The offer also include some free gift but its strange that i didnt receive any such doucument in the parcel. I also visit the website given by todays India but its a fake site and saying that the offer is closed. I had also receive a phone call from Todays Group which was claming and assuring me that i got all offer along with this cd pack.

Its very amazing IRCTC will promoting such a fake and irresponsible offer in their web page. I strongly condemed this in the site. If i didnt got my offer i will certainly approach to consumer foram making a case against both of IRCTC and books today.
