Status of my Provident Fund Claim - A/c No. MH/9233/1621 in Aug. 2009

Dear Sir,

I am an ex-employee of M/s Borosil Glass Works Ltd., Marol, Andheri. My Employer have applied for refund of Provident Fund under my PF A/c No. MH/9233/1621 since I have opted for VRS in June.

I earnestly request you to kindly look into the matter since I have not received my PF contribution claim till date. Please let me know the status of my PF claim under my A/c No. MH/9233/1621 on my mobile No. 9819719614./ or on my Email - kailask_2007@yahoo.co.in

My other collegues who opted for VRS have already received their PF Claims 20 days back.

please therefore look into the matter urgently and respond at your earliest possible.

My Financial Condition at present is not sound and your co-operation will be appreciated.
