About deleting my consumer number from record

Dear Sir/mam
I am a consumer of bharat gas/bpcl since23/12/1986 and my consmer no. is :- 3012 and SV no.-831438 and AGENCY name Rai gas service, ravi nagar, Mugalsarai, varanasi (now disst. Chandauli).
Due to some reason above mentioned agency has been terminated and on that place new agency M/S laxmi gas agency been shifted by company . when i inquired about my cons. no.-3012 they were not able to find my number.sir, they make me to runfor atleast three months but they didnot done any thing. I have written letter and phone call to terretory manager, BPCL, Allahabad and mr. anindra singh dhaka but they didnot replied to me.
sir, I want to say that please take action to regain my consumer number in company record and also in agency record. I willbe thankful to you.
